These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Casacorvus ("Service"), a cloud automation platform that automates the provisioning and management of Google Cloud Platform infrastructure. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

What Casacorvus does: Casacorvus is a software automation tool — not an Internet Service Provider. It automates the creation of Compute Engine virtual machines in your own Google Cloud account using Google's official APIs. You own and control all infrastructure deployed through Casacorvus.

1. Nature of Service

Casacorvus is a software automation tool that:

Automates the creation and configuration of Google Compute Engine virtual machines in your own Google Cloud account
Enables the Outline VPN protocol (open-source software by Jigsaw/Google) on provisioned VMs
Provides an AI assistant powered by Google Vertex AI to help you manage your cloud infrastructure

Casacorvus is NOT an Internet Service Provider, network operator, or infrastructure owner. All infrastructure runs within your own Google Cloud account, under your full ownership and control.

2. Google Cloud Platform and OAuth Authorization

To use the Service, you must authorize Casacorvus to access certain Google APIs using your Google account. By signing in, you grant Casacorvus permission to use the following OAuth scopes on your behalf:

`cloud-platform`	Creating and managing Compute Engine VMs, enabling GCP APIs, Vertex AI access
`cloud-billing`	Checking and linking billing accounts to enable VM provisioning

You may revoke this authorization at any time through your Google Account permissions page.

Your responsibility: All API operations performed by Casacorvus are performed on your behalf, using your own authenticated session. You are responsible for all actions taken in your Google Cloud account, including associated costs.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

All data traffic, server usage, and legal obligations arising from the operation of your cloud infrastructure
Complying with all applicable local, national, and international laws
Ensuring that your use of the Outline VPN protocol complies with the laws of your jurisdiction
The configuration, security, and maintenance of virtual machines deployed through the Service
Any actions taken by third parties who gain access to your deployed infrastructure

4. Billing and Google Cloud Costs

All resulting Google Cloud costs are billed directly by Google to your billing account. You acknowledge that:

You are responsible for all Google Cloud charges incurred through the Service
Casacorvus is not liable for any charges, unexpected costs, or billing issues related to your Google Cloud account
VM instances continue to incur charges until they are stopped or deleted
You should regularly monitor your Google Cloud billing dashboard

Cost tip: The default machine type (e2-micro in eligible regions) may qualify for Google Cloud's free tier. Review Google Cloud Free Tier details for your region.

5. Casacorvus Service Fees

Casacorvus may charge a separate service fee for access to certain features (e.g., Pro tier). Any such fees are clearly disclosed before purchase and are separate from your Google Cloud costs. Casacorvus service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Distribute malware, spam, or conduct phishing attacks
Mine cryptocurrency or conduct resource-intensive operations unrelated to the Service's intended purpose
Conduct Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks or any form of network abuse
Circumvent usage limits or access controls imposed by Google Cloud Platform
Resell or sublicense access to the Service without prior written consent

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using Casacorvus, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, hold a valid Google Cloud account, and have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.

8. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials, revoking Casacorvus's OAuth access if you suspect unauthorized use, and securing any virtual machines or access keys associated with your infrastructure. Casacorvus is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

9. Intellectual Property

The Casacorvus name, logo, and original application code are the intellectual property of Casacorvus. This Service incorporates the following open-source components:

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control including Google Cloud or Firebase service disruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Casacorvus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including data loss, service interruptions, unexpected Google Cloud charges, or security breaches in your deployed infrastructure. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to Casacorvus in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately, while any infrastructure in your Google Cloud account remains under your ownership. You may request deletion of your Casacorvus account data by contacting privacy@casacorvus.com.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by an updated revision date on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
